Where Are You?

God loves us just the way we are, but He also loves us way too much to leave us that way.  God wants to see us become more like His Son every day of our lives. – Romans 8:29

The Christian life is a life of constant activity.  We are praying for others, we are reading our Bibles daily seeking God’s will for our lives and finding out what He wants us to learn today.  We call our friends and family to ensure they are doing well and to see if they need anything.  We make hospital visits to those who need help.  And we spend time alone each and every day with our Bible’s and with God to ensure that we get to know Him more and love Him more each day.

This way there is no way for a Christian to continue to grow and sit still for very long.  We were not meant to simply sit still by ourselves and have God’s Word seep into us by osmosis.  How do you know when you have learned something?  Why you get up and put it to use.  God does the same thing with us, He puts us in situations to see how we will act now that we know what the right and godly way to act is.

Here is a fact – where you are today is not where you will be tomorrow – especially if you are a believer in Jesus.  God will keep moving you many steps closer to Jesus each and every day and I hope that you enjoy that journey to its fullest.

With Great Love,

Pastor Brad Komgenick
